- 2015: Opening of B&B Le Palme and renovation of the attic floor, reconstruction of the roof of the main building. Creation of 3 rooms
- 2017: Start of renovation of the building facing the pool and the solarium area
- 2018: Completion of renovation and opening of Residence Le Palme consisting of 3 apartments. Start of event organization activities.
- 2019: Creation of a new room in the B&B and renovation of the facade of the main building
- 2021: Opening of Le Palme Holidays, apartment rentals in accommodation facilities in seaside and mountain locations
- 2022: Renovation of the first floor with the creation of 1 new studio and 2 new one-bedroom apartments
- 2023: Opening of the gym and wellness area. Renovation of the systems in line with the most advanced solutions for environmental sustainability and energy saving
