1. Data controller: Le Palme di Calandrina Stefano S.a.s., with registered office at Via Caduti per la Libertà 30, 10037 Torrazza Piemonte (TO), Tax Code and VAT No. 12290430011.
2. Purposes and legal bases:
• Legal obligations: Guest identification (TULPS) and data submission to authorities (Alloggiati Web) and the Region (ROSS 1000). Legal basis: legal obligation.
• Invoicing: Issuance of tax documents. Legal basis: contractual/tax obligation.
• Security (CCTV): Protection of property and people’s safety. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller.
3. CCTV: The cameras are located in: entrance (external gate), parking areas, outside the main building, swimming pool, entrance to the wellness area and inside the gym. No private areas are recorded (changing rooms, bathrooms). Images are stored for max 48 hours, except in case of incidents requiring acquisition by the authorities.
4. Data subject rights: You have the right to access your data, request rectification, erasure (within legal limits) or restriction of processing. You may exercise these rights by sending an e-mail to: info@lepalmetorrazza.it.
5. Data recipients: The data will not be disclosed. They may be communicated only to Public Security Authorities or tax consultants appointed as external data processors.
